Kriminalvården is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now seeking more employees. The Information Management and Development Section is responsible for governance and development within information management. Our tasks include creating governing documents, providing advice, and supporting organizational changes, changes in working methods and documentation, as well as implementing or developing IT solutions using our expertise. The group also includes functions responsible for the authority's process mapping and functions related to the management of collaboration spaces, case management systems, and archive systems.
Job Description
As a specialist, you will have a supporting function for operations in their use of collaboration spaces. You provide user support, manage permissions, and participate in creating support and training materials for users. You will also work on managing and maintaining existing solutions in our collaboration spaces. The role also includes gathering improvement suggestions and needs from operations. Together with others in the section, you will participate in assessing needs and proposing improvements and changed functionality. You will work closely with additional specialists and others in the management unit. Kriminalvården operates with governance management inspired by PM3. In addition to work with collaboration spaces, tasks related to tools other than SharePoint may be included, as well as work on various assignments and projects related to information management.

We are looking for someone who has:
Completed upper secondary education
Experience as an operations specialist or equivalent for collaboration spaces in a SharePoint solution
Experience providing user support
Very strong knowledge of Office applications
Very strong knowledge of collaboration spaces in a SharePoint solution
Very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
It is also meritorious to have:
Training as a SharePoint editor/administrator
Experience gathering, evaluating, and documenting needs from operations
Experience creating materials for and conducting training for users of digital systems
Experience writing instructions/manuals or equivalent
