Development, Management, and Teamwork
As an Operations Specialist specializing in robust office facilities, you will have a key role in the development and management of socially critical and security-classified environments. You will serve as a specialist and requirements setter for power supply, backup power, uninterruptible power supply, and facility technical supply systems linked to civil preparedness. In this role, you will support managers and employees on matters concerning power supply, backup power, and facility technical supply systems in both new establishments and renovations of robust office facilities. You will participate in planning and may also lead or project manage initiatives in this field. As an Operations Specialist, you are responsible for the daily management of security support spaces, actively contribute to and support the department's Deputy Signal Protection Chief in signal protection operations. As an Operations Specialist, you follow developments in power supply, backup power, and facility technical systems to ensure the operation remains at the forefront of robust and resilient solutions.
This position involves handling classified information, which requires strict attention to proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness.

has a degree from university/college in power supply, backup power, and facility technical supply systems or qualifications/experience deemed equivalent
collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
has good communication skills, both verbal and written
can understand and analyze complex issues
implements plans and processes and ensures they maintain high quality
acts on own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
has a methodical and systematic approach
has a B driver's license
It is advantageous if you
have experience in security protection work
have experience in project management
have experience in risk analysis work

Other Information
1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. Remote work is possible if the work allows. Travel is part of the position. Some positions at our organization involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be hired in such a position, you must pass a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
