Development, Management and Teamwork
As an operations specialist focused on resilient office facilities, you will have a key role in the development and management of socially critical and security-classified environments. You will function as a specialist and requirements setter within power supply, backup power, uninterruptible power supply, and building technical supply systems linked to civil preparedness. In the role, you support managers and employees on matters concerning power supply, backup power, and building technical supply systems in both new establishments and renovations of resilient office facilities. You participate in project planning and can also lead or project manage initiatives within the area. As an operations specialist, you are responsible for the daily management of security-supporting spaces, actively contribute and support the department's deputy signal protection chief in signal protection operations. As an operations specialist, you monitor developments in power supply, backup power, and building technical systems to ensure that the operation remains at the forefront of resilient and resistant solutions.
The position involves handling classified information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have high security awareness.

We are looking for you who
have a degree from a university/college with focus on power supply, backup power, and building technical supply systems or qualifications/experience deemed equivalent.
work effectively with others to achieve common goals
have good communication skills, both spoken and written
can understand and analyze complex issues
implementing plans and processes and ensure they maintain high quality
act on your own initiative and take responsibility for achieving good results
have a methodical and systematic approach
have a class B driver's license.
It is meritorious if you
have experience in security protection work
have experience in project management
have experience in risk analysis work.

Other Information
1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Probationary employment may be relevant. Certain positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive operations. To be employed in such a position, a passed security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
Opportunity for remote work exists if the work permits. Travel is included in the position. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment.
