Leader Grogrund is now seeking a new Operations Manager to lead and develop our operations as our current Operations Manager is retiring. About the Role As Operations Manager at Leader Grogrund, you will have a central and varied role. You will serve as the link between our nonprofit board (LAG), our funders, and the daily work at our office. Right now we are in an exciting transition where we are concluding one program period while planning for the launch of the next. The Operations Manager role is a part-time position. Your responsibilities involve a balance between strategic leadership and operational work. You will lead our competent team consisting of two case officers and one finance controller. Since we have flexible workplaces, it is important that you are organized, self-directed, and confident in leading remotely. The position can potentially be combined with other tasks. Who Are You? We place great emphasis on your experience and personal suitability rather than formal qualifications, although these are a plus. To succeed in the role, we see that you: Have solid experience working with rural development and managing EU projects. Are a communicative leader who can inspire colleagues and cooperation partners. Are accustomed to navigating member-driven organizations and understand democratic decision-making processes. Have strong local connections and experience building networks between businesses, associations, and the public sector. As a person, you are unpretentious, strategic, and have the ability to switch between visionary questions and practical case management. What Do We Offer?
