About the Role As a business consultant with us, you'll be part of our customer department, which consists of eleven people split across two teams. You'll be part of the team working with software for cemetery administration, booking, and record-keeping within our product families FAS, LabOra, and our new web-based system series Admino. We're undergoing a major transition to Admino. Over the coming years, customers within the team's system areas will migrate from our system series FAS and LabOra to Admino. This involves a large number of conversions and migrations where you'll play an important role in preparing, executing, and ensuring quality in these transitions. The work requires you to be able to work in a structured, careful, and efficient manner, while we also want to create a smooth transition and a secure customer experience at every step. Another large and important part of the role is customer support. You'll help our customers daily with questions about system functions and usage, primarily via phone and our case management system. During the transition to Admino, you'll also provide support across multiple systems within the same system area. This requires that you find it easy to understand different systems, enjoy problem-solving, and are comfortable helping customers find the right solution. Your Tasks Support our customers in their daily work, via phone and email, by guiding them through software functions and assisting with business-related questions Participate in developing internal working methods and web support Prepare, execute, and ensure quality in conversions and migrations from FAS and LabOra to Admino Test systems on an ongoing basis in connection with new development Conduct shorter consulting assignments (usually 1–4 hours), primarily remotely Eventually conduct customer training, primarily via webinar but also on-site when needed, which involves limited travel Contribute to additional sales by identifying customer needs Your Profile We're looking for you to: Have an interest in systems and digital working methods Find it easy to understand how different systems and functions relate to each other Be pedagogical and enjoy helping others Be solution-oriented, careful and structured, with the ability to work efficiently and intelligently Have good communication skills and enjoy customer contact Meritorious: Experience in a support or consultant role Experience working with case management systems Experience with system changes, migrations, or conversions Knowledge of congregation and/or funeral services operations Since our customers are located in Sweden, you need to speak and write Swedish fluently.
