Analytics, Management Support, and Development Work As a portfolio controller with us, you will have overall responsibility for continuously monitoring our digital business development initiatives. The agency manages a large number of exciting initiatives where technical delivery is only half the equation – our main focus is on continuously capturing and highlighting concrete business outcomes. You will be part of the Management Support and Analytics department in the Portfolio Management area and work in close collaboration with portfolio management, IT leadership, and business stakeholders. In this role, you will be part of a team working in the monitoring cycle with the task of analyzing and delivering information and decision support on an ongoing basis to decision-makers. Your three main deliverables are: Monthly Monitoring: Ongoing tracking of prioritized initiatives' progress with early indicators of benefit realization. Half-Year Monitoring: In-depth analysis of status and forecast for portfolio business outcomes. Are we on track with long-term goals? Do we need to reprioritize? Annual Report: Compilation and evaluation of the past year's total IT investments, focused on realized business value versus planned. To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are an analytical and communicative person. You are motivated by tracking business development based on information and data, but your real strength lies in being able to translate these into insights the business can act on. You have a good understanding of digital business development and understand how technology choices, finance, and business outcomes impact business value. It is a job for someone who wants to take responsibility. We are looking for you who have a university degree in economics, systems science, or other relevant education, or equivalent experience and qualifications have several years of experience in development management, project controlling, or PMO work, preferably with connection to IT development act on your own initiative and take responsibility for achieving good results can understand and analyze complex information and present it pedagogically to decision-makers at different levels have very strong Excel skills and experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI) have experience in financial monitoring and especially benefit realization have strong communication skills, both verbal and written work effectively with others to achieve common goals with high quality have a systematic and thorough work approach. It is a merit if you have experience with similar work, preferably within a larger public agency. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
