The unit is responsible for the agency's management process as well as business planning and follow-up. The unit also bears responsibility for the authority's financial and operational risk management as well as overall monitoring of internal governance and control. As an operations controller within the Business Management and Risk unit, you share responsibility for planning and monitoring operations at the agency-wide level. The role involves working with others in the unit to develop and maintain methods and structures for the agency's planning and follow-up, and ensuring compliance through support to and cooperation with managers and other controllers within the organization to ensure alignment, a holistic perspective, and progress. Your work tasks also include analyzing and interpreting operational results and compiling and processing complex material as a basis for discussion and decision-making for strategic progress. Additionally, you may be involved in driving or participating in agency-wide investigation assignments and, as needed, supporting other areas within the unit's mission. The work tasks require that you are accustomed to working independently and taking your own initiative, but also that you thrive in collaboration with others. Education: Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience that the employer considers equivalent. You also have: At least 3 years of experience working with strategic planning or strategy implementation at an overarching level. Experience working with management teams and/or boards. Experience in business management and follow-up in complex organizations. Very strong communication and pedagogical skills and experience in creating clear presentation materials. Ability for holistic perspective. Good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Meritorious Experience from government agency management.
