Akademi NÄRA is seeking a confident, engaged, and driven Operations Manager/Director for our Supported Housing facility in Helsingborg. As Operations Manager/Director, you will have a central and meaningful role in leading and developing our operations with approximately 80 supported apartments. You hold overall responsibility for operations, quality, safety, and development, and will be a key driver in the continued evolution of our services. You will lead and engage staff, create structure, and ensure we maintain high quality and operate in accordance with legislation, requirements, and current framework agreements. Responsibilities • Lead and drive operations with overall responsibility for daily operations, quality, safety, staffing, and competence development. • Manage the client process—from intake and suitability assessment through implementation plans, documentation, follow-up, and development. • Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in accordance with legislation, requirements, permits, framework agreements, and operational procedures, including self-audits, risk assessments, and deviation management. • Oversee collaboration and reporting with social services, commissioners, and other partners, and maintain the facility's information current in procurement systems. • Ensure safety and preparedness through effective security measures, on-call coverage, and crisis management. • Develop operations and staff through active work on workplace environment, HR matters, procedures, and operational improvement in collaboration with management. • Serve as the clear contact and link between management, staff, clients, and external commissioners, and participate in audits and follow-ups. Relevant Background • Relevant post-secondary education of at least 180 credits (120 points) with a focus on social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science, such as social worker, social pedagogue, or behavioral scientist. Other relevant qualifications may be considered equivalent. • At least three years of documented full-time professional experience in social work or equivalent, with experience working with client groups served by our facility. • Experience working in supported housing, group homes, social services, or similar operations.
