The operation is built on one level and offers a safe and adapted environment for people with dementia. Here you will work in a calm setting with a large, easily accessible courtyard that creates good opportunities for activity and community for residents. In connection with the takeover in October, the operation enters a new development phase – and you will have a key role in creating structure, engagement, and future focus. Your assignment As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operation, employees, finances, and quality. In connection with Forenede Care taking over the operation in October, you will lead Södergården into a new phase with a focus on structure, culture, and long-term development. You drive change and improvement work, ensure efficient processes, and create clarity in the organization. You are responsible for budgeting and follow-up, as well as ensuring that the operation achieves its set goals, both qualitatively and financially. The role also involves building and developing relationships with customers, families, municipalities, and authorities. As part of the region's management group, you actively contribute to strategic initiatives and shared development projects. As Operations Manager, you should have the following qualifications and experience The operation requires a permit and requires that you have relevant university education as you will be on the permit for the operation with IVO. To be considered for the position, you will need to be approved by IVO. We are looking for: A degree in Social Work. Leadership training and more than 2-3 years of documented experience successfully leading employees and teams in elderly care. Current experience working with social services legislation. Financial knowledge and understanding of budget responsibility with associated follow-up work. Good knowledge and experience with work and reporting in various support systems, such as journal, planning, and payroll systems. We also require valid Swedish work authorization, for example a passport or approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency. Meritorious We work with continuous improvement in our daily work and see that practical experience with change work will facilitate your work with us. Since we work and collaborate closely with our trade unions, it is beneficial if you have previous experience developing union relations.
