About Us Sockerstans äldreboende consists of 72 apartments distributed across four floors. Humana Sockerstan is a care facility for those in need of somatic care or dementia care. About the Position As Operations Manager, you are responsible for quality, personnel, finances, and client contacts. You drive and develop the operation in collaboration with your employees based on the business plan, budget, laws, and other governing documents. Continuously developing and improving the quality of the operation is your guiding star. In the operation you oversee, there is also an Assistant Operations Manager, team leaders, care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, physical therapist, and an activities coordinator. Sales and marketing work is an integral part of your job, and you actively work to achieve full occupancy with efficient personnel planning. You are part of a pleasant and unpretentious regional management team and report to the Regional Manager. You have support from a central staff that includes quality, HR, IT, marketing, finance, and payroll. You work closely with team leaders who assist you with staffing and planning. About the Position Employment Type: Permanent position, with a six-month probationary period. Employment Rate: 100% Working Hours: Daytime, flexible working hours. Start Date: By agreement. A prerequisite for starting an employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You also need to provide a criminal record clearance. Who Are You? We are looking for a leader with a present and committed leadership style.
