Our primary care mission spans the entire lifespan – from child health services to end-of-life care. We are an academic health center and are proud of our work for our patients at Näset. Näsets Läkargrupp was recently divided into two health centers, each with its own Operations Manager. We are now seeking you to take on the role for the clinics in Höllviken (Omtankens hus, specialty clinic, vaccination clinic, and family center with child health services) as well as our branch in Vellinge. You will be responsible for approximately 70 employees across multiple professions such as physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, and medical secretaries. You will have a Deputy Operations Manager at your side. You will be part of a management team with Operations Manager colleagues within the Primary Care Business Area. You report to the Regional Director. What you will do Lead and develop daily operations at the health center, child health services/family center, the Vellinge branch, and the specialty clinic Drive both operational work and long-term strategic planning Manage personnel, scheduling, budget, and monitoring of quality and finances Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with the Hälsoval Skåne agreement Participate in monthly meetings with your Operations Manager colleagues for knowledge sharing and collaborative development Who we are seeking We are looking for someone with healthcare training and experience in primary care. It is a merit if you are a licensed nurse or physician. You are confident in your profession and have a strong interest in management and development. Your leadership is based on creating engagement and job satisfaction, and you have previous experience working with staff at both individual and group levels. We would like to see that you have experience with budget work and financial follow-up. The Operations Manager role will evolve over time, with different focus areas depending on which stage we are at. We are seeking someone driven by this – to be part of our varied daily work. As a person, you are empathetic, engaged, and competent. You are flexible, positive, and not afraid to take your own initiative and responsibility. The role requires high social competence with excellent collaboration skills. We greatly value that you have an interest in creating order and structure, with strong prioritization abilities. To succeed in this role, we are seeking someone who is solution-focused and interested in using your creativity to see possibilities in different situations. We want you to be committed to long-term development in your role as Operations Manager at the health center.
