About the Operations Åby 1 and Åby 3 are two adjacent group homes serving adults with autism and intellectual disabilities. The facilities are located in a calm and pleasant environment with proximity to nature, services, and transportation. The role also includes responsibility for a smaller integrated day activity program. About the Role As Operations Manager, you are responsible for operations, quality, work environment, finances, and personnel. You lead through presence, clarity, and trust. Together with your employees, you continue developing the operations while ensuring we deliver high-quality care and comply with applicable legislation and license conditions. Who are You? - You have higher education in social work, care, or nursing, such as a degree as a social worker or social care education. - You have at least two years of experience as a manager with personnel, budget, and operational responsibility. - You have two years of documented experience from LSS, support for people with disabilities, or similar operations. - You have good knowledge of quality work, work environment, and leadership. - You have the ability to create engagement, structure, and results. - As a person, you are confident, unpretentious, and development-oriented.
