RESPONSIBILITIES As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and monitoring operations within Individuals and Families. You lead through managers and participate in the social services management team where you contribute to the department's overall development. You ensure that operations are legally sound, maintain high quality, and develop based on residents' needs with special focus on early intervention and preventive measures. In this role, you will: • Manage operations, budget, and personnel • Ensure legally compliant authority exercise • Drive development of outpatient services and preventive work • Lead through your unit managers and create sustainable structures • Contribute to strategic development in the management team • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Represent and present matters at Social Services Board meetings QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Has relevant university education (e.g., social work, law, or behavioral science) • Has several years of leadership experience in social services • Has good knowledge of authority exercise and current legislation • Is a confident leader with experience leading through others • Has experience with budget and operations responsibility It is an advantage to have experience in change management and working in a politically governed organization. We also welcome experience as a manager of managers or other supervisory positions. Your personal qualities are important to us. You are a strategic and clear leader who creates engagement and trust.
