About Us Humana Hjortsberg is a specialized residential facility for elderly people. The facility is beautifully situated with lovely walking paths and green areas surrounding it. Here we offer our elderly 24-hour care and meals adapted to each individual's needs. Humana Hjortsberg is operated on behalf of Falkenberg Municipality and has 59 apartments distributed over three floors (plus five apartments for Trygghetsboende plus). We are based on person-centered care where our customers are in focus. About the Position As Operations Manager, you are responsible for quality, personnel, economics, and client contacts. You drive and develop the operations in collaboration with your employees based on the operations plan, budget, laws, and other governing documents. Continuously developing and improving the quality of operations is a guiding star for you. In the operations you are responsible for, there are also group leaders, care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and activities coordinator. Sales and marketing work is a natural part of your job, and you actively work to achieve full occupancy in the facility with efficient staffing planning. You are part of a pleasant and unpretentious regional management group and report to the Regional Manager. You have support from a central staff that includes quality, HR, IT, market, economics, and payroll. You work closely with group leaders who assist you with, among other things, staffing and planning. About the Employment Employment Type: Permanent position, we apply a six-month probation period. Employment Rate: 100% Working Hours: Daytime, trust-based working hours. Start Date: By agreement. A requirement to start employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
