We are now recruiting an Operations Manager for the Gammelgården unit located in Vikingstad, west of Linköping. This is a full-time position (100%). We offer leadership training and several benefits. About the Role As an Operations Manager, you lead and develop the quality of the operation in both pedagogical and business-oriented ways. For us, it is important that you are active and present in the operation. This allows you to ensure that the company's values, current agreements, and applicable legislation are being followed. You also nurture and develop relationships with staff, residents, and their families. You maintain good relationships with relevant authorities. You report to the Regional Manager and are part of their management team, and you have budget and profit responsibility for the operation. Gammelgården has 26 residential places, where some are designed for individuals with dementia and others for those with somatic conditions. See Instagram: vardagagammelgarden. Your Experience and Knowledge We hope that you: • are coaching-oriented and want your staff to grow, develop, and take responsibility. • enjoy giving and receiving feedback and breaking down and working toward set goals. • are solution-oriented and see opportunities rather than obstacles. • are unpretentious, independent, and collaborative. • are business-minded through your willingness and ability to manage and monitor the operation based on quality goals and financial frameworks. You have relevant higher education in healthcare and social services (such as social worker, nurse, social care) and experience in elderly care. You also have several years of documented experience in managerial positions and good references regarding leadership. All Operations Managers undergo our Leadership Program, where you have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through our training organization Lära. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
