Here we have brought together the Emergency Department, Medicine, Geriatrics, and Rehabilitation in one clinic, which provides unique opportunities for a fast and efficient care pathway—from emergency care to rehabilitation in the patient's home. In total, our clinic has approximately 210 employees across all professional categories. The hospital has 45 established beds distributed between an acute care unit, an internal medicine unit, and a unit for acute geriatrics, stroke, and rehabilitation. Specialized medical outpatient care is a significant part of the operations, including consultations and diagnostic services in cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology with dialysis unit, gastroenterology, and sleep medicine.
