We are now seeking an engaged and development-oriented operations manager for Annebergsgården's care and residential facility. Care and social services in-house operations are part of the Social Services Department and report to the Social Board. Care and social services encompass 13 activities within elderly care and LSS, and are led by eight operations managers and one area manager for LSS. Together, we work based on a shared value system where sustainable leadership, active employee engagement, and high quality are in focus. Annebergsgården's care and residential facility is located in a nature-near forest area in Enebyberg and has 40 apartments with somatic focus. The facility has a nice and accessible garden where our residents enjoy spending time. Residents experience good treatment from staff, are satisfied with their living situation, and feel secure. The facility has close access to public transportation and good availability of parking spaces. As operations manager, you will have an independent and operations-focused assignment with responsibility for operations, employees, finances, and development. You will become part of an experienced management team and have close support from HR, finance, IT, as well as quality and development functions. As a manager, you are offered annual training in areas such as labor law, work environment, and recruitment. 1 position(s). DUTIES As operations manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, budget, personnel, and work environment. You drive and develop the facility in accordance with established goals and within given financial frameworks. Your tasks include: • leading the facility together with a group manager. • working operationally and leading cross-functionally. • participating in the management group for the elderly care operations area together with five other operations managers, quality and development strategist, and care and social services manager. • responsible for the facility's budget work and financial follow-up. • ensuring competency supply and work environment efforts. • ensuring the facility's systematic quality work and being responsible for the facility's continuous development. • leading the local management group. • responsible for information and communication, both internally and externally. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with: • a degree as a nurse or other university education that the employer deems relevant. • several years of experience working at a care and residential facility in a corresponding role. • several years of experience in change management, with documented good results. • experience of leading through other managers. • experience of operational, budget, personnel, and work environment responsibility. • experience of systematic quality work. • very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • good experience using digital systems in daily work. It is meritorious if you have: • work experience from a politically governed organization. • experience of management group work. • experience in dementia care.
