About Viljan Tallbackagården Viljan Tallbackagården is located in a beautiful natural setting in Taberg, just outside Jönköping. The facility provides a home-like and secure environment for adults aged 20 and above with mental health conditions, such as psychotic disorders, affective disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD), and certain comorbidities. Viljan Tallbackagården has a total of 24 spaces. Of these, 17 are short-term residential spaces in shared accommodations and 7 are individual housing spaces (BmSS). Our approach is motivating and supportive, with a strong focus on building trusting relationships to promote participation and security. Work is based on the mandate from the referring authority, where the client—together with and supported by their contact person—participates in designing, implementing, and following up on individualized support measures. The facility has an interdisciplinary team consisting of an assistant operations manager, nurse, occupational therapist, support assistants, cook, and facilities manager. Specialist physicians are available to the facility on a consulting basis. Description of the Operations Manager Role As Operations Manager, you work independently to drive, lead, and develop the facility. You have access to an established and proven concept built on well-functioning quality work and systematic occupational health and safety practices. In your role, you receive support from regional resources and central functions in quality, finance, business development, and HR. You report directly to the Regional Manager and are part of a competent and engaged management team where collaboration, support, and knowledge sharing contribute to your success in the role. Main Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including personnel management and staffing planning Drive and develop ongoing quality and facility development work Ensure compliance with applicable agreements, mandates, and regulations Monitor occupancy in relation to budget and set goals, and collaborate with the sales function Qualifications Requirements Education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or other relevant university education of at least 180 credits in care and welfare, or other education deemed equivalent and qualifying you to be listed as a facility manager with IVO (Swedish Social Care Inspectorate) Experience working in care and social services and documented leadership experience Experience with budget work and financial follow-up/analysis/forecasting Flexible, responsible, and with strong collaboration skills Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written Valid driver's license Merits Previous experience working in private care services Who Are You?
