Your Work Tasks The role of operations manager entails responsibility for finances, employees, and operations within your area of responsibility. The overarching goal is always to create good days with the individual's needs at the center, and based on this, ensure that the operation is properly staffed with the right competencies and to monitor the operation's quality, results, and goal fulfillment. As operations manager, you will work in close collaboration with other operations managers within the Care and Services Administration, health centers, and other important stakeholders. This management assignment is a shared leadership, where you and a management colleague are responsible for home health care with its 50 employees consisting of registered nurses and nursing assistants. Together, you drive and develop health and medical care issues within home health care. Your Workplace The Care and Services Administration has a new operational assignment. Each year, we provide care and services to around 4,100 Linköpingites. Together with our 1,500 employees, we work to maintain high quality and make a difference in Linköping's care and services. We work together with the region, citizens/residents of the municipality, the non-profit sector, authorities, and other public actors. The Care and Services Administration is now united behind the vision - Healthcare-Smart Care for the Future. The Open Care Forms Department is responsible for the development, operation, and monitoring of area-based care and services in the home within the in-house operation according to current operational assignments. Our assignment is to work in a supportive, preventive, and health-promoting manner and generally contribute to people being able to live independently and remain in their own homes for as long as possible. The home health care mission is to offer health and medical care in the home to those who need it. Our services should maintain high quality and be designed based on each individual's unique needs with respect for integrity and self-determination. We also work in a health-promoting and preventive manner by focusing on early interventions and strengthening the individual's own capabilities. We collaborate with health centers and work to instruct and guide care personnel in the care process around the patient. You will be based at the home health care office in Åleryd. About You We are looking for someone who is a registered nurse and has experience within your profession as well as previous leadership experience. If you have previous management experience, preferably within home health care and experience leading licensed personnel, it is considered an advantage. Since our organization is in constant development and change, we would like to see that you have experience in change management. Since the position involves contact with both employees, partners, participants, and their relatives as well as documentation, you need to have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. To succeed in this role, you are confident in your leadership role. You lead with commitment and motivate others to reach common goals. You have good self-awareness and are conscious of your strengths and areas of development. Collaboration and cooperation are a natural part of the assignment, and we see it as important that you communicate and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. When circumstances change, we expect you to see opportunities in the changes and have the ability to lead through change. You work methodically with complex issues and make correct assessments and prioritizations in your work. In this recruitment, we use tests as part of the assessment if you advance in the process.
