WORK RESPONSIBILITIES We face many exciting challenges and assignments that involve both development of existing operations and establishment of new business areas. As a Business Architect, you have an important role where you work together with the business to create the right conditions and structures for development work. As a Business Architect you will: • Be responsible for driving, facilitating, and supporting the business in describing customer needs and how these affect existing and new capabilities. • Lead, manage, and further develop the Swedish Companies Registration Office's business architecture together with other business architects. • Collaborate with our IT architects to jointly describe and visualize the business using various methods and models. • Contribute to developing and maintaining overarching architecture principles and other governing documents for the agency's business architecture together with other business architects. • Ensure that business architecture, processes, capabilities, and information architecture work together to meet the agency's strategy and fundamental conditions. • Serve as a contact point and advisor for various stakeholders, for example various project managers. The work includes both internal agency and cross-agency activities, which may involve some travel on business. You will be part of the Development Office within the Department of Digital Development and Collaboration. The Development Office is responsible for preparing, planning, and monitoring the long-term development plan and development portfolio. The unit is also responsible for planning and monitoring the agency's system renewal from a holistic and portfolio perspective, as well as driving and leading the Swedish Companies Registration Office's business architecture as part of our architecture governance. Work location is Sundsvall or by agreement. We offer remote work, but you are expected to be regularly present in the office in Sundsvall. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with relevant academic education or experience that the employer considers equivalent. You are also a certified Business Architect or have equivalent experience. To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to have several years of experience in business development at both strategic and tactical levels as a senior Business Architect or equivalent role. Furthermore, you have solid knowledge of business architecture, processes, capabilities, and information architecture. You also have excellent ability to communicate clearly, pedagogically, and in a target-group-appropriate manner, both in Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you also have: • Experience working in the public sector or other complex organization • Experience with agile methods and agile architecture work • Certification or training in business architecture, business architecture, or established frameworks for business architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or equivalent experience • Experience in change management and method development within the architecture field • Experience/knowledge of working with IT and/or IT architecture.
