About the role As Operations Manager for Mountain Sports, you have overall responsibility for the operation and lead the daily management of our two units – the sports store in the square and our test center on the slopes. You're responsible for creating an attractive, profitable, and guest-focused operation where quality, service, and experience are always at the center. This is a role for you if you enjoy combining operational leadership with business development. You work closely with the operation while driving development forward by analyzing results, developing assortment and guest experiences, and identifying new opportunities for the business. In this assignment, you also have responsibility for developing Idre Fjäll's entire merchandise assortment and visibility. This means ensuring a relevant and attractive product offering that both enhances the guest experience and contributes to the operation as a whole. You work closely with suppliers and partners on purchasing, assortment development, and the store environment. An important part of the assignment is also creating the right conditions for your colleagues to succeed and thrive. You're responsible for the operation's finances and work actively with budgets, follow-up, and key metrics to create a long-term sustainable and profitable operation. You have experience from retail and have likely held responsibility for leadership, finances, and business development in some form.
