About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now seeking more employees. The Operations Support and Analysis Section has the mission to collaborate with the Authority's IT department to develop and maintain the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's client administration systems for probation, remand, and prison. The client administration systems shall support client-focused work and provide functional system support for users, as well as meet the information needs of internal and external stakeholders through quality-assured information. Job Description In your role as a Business Analyst, you will apply your experience and knowledge to work with client administration system support for electronic monitoring and assist staff members who use it in their work. The work involves participating in various development projects where you, together with colleagues, gather and analyze operational needs and translate these into system requirements, as well as conduct testing to ensure that the system support meets expectations in connection with development and change. Based on competence and needs, work with other system support may also become relevant. The position is located at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service headquarters in Norrköping within the National Department for Operational Content.
