The community hall can be booked by residents/family members for, for example, birthday dinners or other social gatherings. Family members have the opportunity to stay overnight in a family room. Your responsibilities The work is broad; examples of responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Follow the operational area's current goals and procedures, with particular focus on staffing procedures Be a good representative for the organization in contact with employees, family members, residents, and partners Management of short-term absences in collaboration with the Elderly Care Recruitment Center Work in our scheduling system Multiaccess and SharePoint Provide support with technical and property-related questions and, when necessary, contact our IT support/property department Place and manage orders via the Order Marketplace and Proceedo Responsibility for practical details such as access cards, name badges, work clothes, and mail handling About you We are looking for someone with experience working with people under stressful conditions. We consider it a merit if you have administrative training and experience with administrative work, preferably in ordering and staffing. For this position, strong proficiency in Swedish is required, both spoken and written. You have the ability to prioritize and work independently. You enjoy having frequent contact with people during your workday and have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and contact points simultaneously.
