We are now looking for a Workshop Manager for our operations in Malmö who wants to combine leadership, technical expertise, and customer focus in a role with significant responsibility and excellent opportunities to continue developing the business in the Malmö region. About the Role As Workshop Manager at JOAB Malmö, you play a key role in our aftermarket organization. You are responsible for daily workshop planning and ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality. You work closely with both customers and technicians and are an important link between the workshop, spare parts, and other functions within JOAB. The role suits you if you thrive in a leadership position where you can create structure, develop people, and be involved in the technical operations. Your Main Responsibilities Plan, prioritize, and follow up on the workshop's daily work. Lead and support technicians in operational work. Ensure high quality, efficiency, and delivery precision. Be the customer's natural contact person for service and technical matters. Work actively with work environment, safety, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with spare parts sales, service, and other functions within JOAB. Contribute to the workshop's development and profitability. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is a natural leader with great commitment to both people and technology. You enjoy creating structure, solving problems, and building long-term relationships with customers and colleagues. At the same time, you have the ability to make decisions and make things happen in your daily work. We believe you have: Experience from the automotive, truck body, construction, or workshop industry. Technical competence and understanding of service and workshop operations. Experience in work leadership or a strong ambition to develop as a leader. Good ability to plan, prioritize, structure, and achieve results through others. A business-minded and customer-oriented approach. Good knowledge of Swedish and English. Category B driver's license.
