Your responsibilities Lead and support the workshop mechanics in daily work. Assist with advanced troubleshooting and provide accurate diagnoses. Plan and prioritize work for efficient workflow. Ensure high quality and that repairs are performed according to manufacturer specifications. Be a role model and contribute to a positive team spirit in the workshop. We're looking for someone who Has many years of experience as a passenger car mechanic. Is highly skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics. Has natural leadership abilities and enjoys helping and developing others. Is solution-oriented, organized, and stress-resistant. Holds a class B driver's license.
