HVAC Technician at Technical Installation Company in Kiruna

We are seeking an HVAC technician for an established technical installation company where you will work broadly with service, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ventilation systems. Responsibilities As an HVAC technician, you will work on varied service assignments at the company's customer sites. You will have a largely independent role where you plan and conduct your workdays based on assigned work orders. Your responsibilities will include: Commissioning of ventilation systems Adjustment of airflow in ventilation systems Service and troubleshooting of ventilation systems Minor modifications and installations Technical problem-solving at customer sites Daily customer contact Documentation and feedback of completed work in the work order system Assignments vary in both scope and environment. Some work may run over longer periods while others consist of shorter troubleshooting jobs. You will be based in Kiruna, and your work area will primarily cover Kiruna municipality and Malmfälten, but also includes areas such as Gällivare and Pajala. You work from a service vehicle and can work both independently and together with colleagues. Requirements Technical education in, for example, plumbing/HVAC or electrical work Fluent Swedish in speaking and writing, and good English skills Category B driving license for manual transmission Swedish citizenship If you have several years of experience with, for example, commissioning, service, or troubleshooting within ventilation, that is very positive. About Our Client Our client is an established technical installation and service company that works with technical solutions for properties, facilities, and other operations. The company offers services in areas such as electrical, plumbing, ventilation, security, and other building-related technical fields, meaning the business spans many different types of technical environments. In Kiruna, the operation is organized into several technical areas, and you will be part of the service operation focusing on ventilation. Here you will have a day-to-day experience with great variety. One day you might work in a fan room or with a ventilation central unit, while the next assignment might take you to a mountain station, a municipal property, an industrial environment, or another technically advanced facility. The local service team consists of approximately 21 people and is characterized by close collaboration and a down-to-earth work environment. Team members help each other across technical areas, and there is always a colleague nearby when you need to discuss a technical question. You will have independent work with a service vehicle and work order system accessible directly on your phone. Your workday is largely planned by you based on assignments distributed by the service manager. Working hours are Monday to Friday, primarily 06:00–16:00.
