Caverion Sweden is making an aggressive push in the energy and environmental field and is now looking for an experienced ventilation project manager for the Energy & Environment business unit.
We help our customers reduce energy consumption, improve indoor environments and create more sustainable properties through technically advanced installation and energy projects. Now we are looking for you who wants to drive ventilation projects that make a real difference - from design to completed installation.
You will be part of a dedicated team of approximately 12 specialists in energy, ventilation and property technology. The role is based at our modern office on Västberga Allé in Hägersten, but since projects are conducted throughout Sweden, travel with overnight stays will occur.
About the role
As a ventilation project manager, you are responsible for planning, leading and following up ventilation projects within our energy service projects. You have a central role throughout the project's lifecycle and work closely with customers, project managers, installers, consultants and subcontractors.
You actively participate in design work, installation coordination and ensure that projects are executed with the right quality, economy and schedule. The role offers great freedom with responsibility and suits you who thrives with taking ownership, making decisions and creating good results together with others.

The role includes:
Planning, leading and documenting ventilation sub-projects
Actively participating in design and installation coordination throughout the project
Communicating, engaging and motivating customers, employees and contractors
Participating in construction meetings, coordination meetings and technical reviews
Responsibility for material procurement and subcontractor procurement in consultation with the main project manager
Ensuring proper documentation including operating and maintenance instructions
Conducting and leading function tests and participating in inspections
Responsibility for additional and change work (ÄTA) within the ventilation part of the projects
Developing customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities
Acting as BAS-P and BAS-U where required
We are looking for you who:
Have a higher education degree in energy, plumbing and heating, ventilation, building technology or equivalent work experience. You have several years of experience in project management or sub-project management within ventilation projects and feel confident leading projects with many stakeholders.
You have good knowledge of ventilation technology and experience in design or implementation of ventilation installations in buildings. Knowledge of contract law is a merit, as is certification as BAS-P and BAS-U.
As a person you are structured, responsible and solution-oriented. You have a natural ability to build trust, develop relationships and collaborate with different types of people. At the same time, you thrive with taking your own responsibility and driving projects forward towards set goals.
Category B driver's license is required and travel occurs regularly in the role.
