We are part of the Instalco Group and are established in the Helsingborg and Malmö regions, with operations throughout southern Sweden. We currently have about 55 employees with offices in Helsingborg and Lomma. We offer complete solutions – from design to finished installation – and our customers include municipalities, regions, industries, property management companies, and housing associations. We are now hiring a Ventilation Technician for our team in Malmö. About the Role As a Ventilation Technician at Bi-Vent, you will work with installation and assembly of ventilation systems in both new construction and renovations. You will work with: Installation and assembly of ventilation systems New construction and renovations in residential, commercial, and industrial properties Collaboration with project managers, colleagues, and other trades on job sites Contact with customers and other stakeholders on projects Ensuring that work meets high quality standards and is completed professionally This role suits you if you enjoy practical work where you take responsibility, solve problems, and see the results of your work. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with several years of experience as a Ventilation Technician or similar experience in installation and construction work, who feels comfortable working independently. For success in this role, we would like you to: Have experience with ventilation installation or similar installation work Have a B-class driver's license Speak and write Swedish well Be thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented Enjoy collaborating and contributing to a good work environment Be personable and comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues We place great importance on your personal qualities.
