Job Duties: Supervisory officer - municipal police officer authorized by the city council to perform certain tasks in managing the Municipal Police of Nový Bor; in particular tasks related to organizing the performance of municipal police operations, assigning tasks to city employees in the municipal police, and ensuring material and technical conditions. Requirements: - minimum secondary education with graduation exam, 10 years of professional experience - valid certificate of municipal police officer pursuant to § 4e of Act No. 553/1991 Coll. on Municipal Police, as amended - Czech citizenship - experience in a management position of at least three years - submission of negative lustration certificate pursuant to § 3 of Act No. 553/1991 Coll. - PC proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of GINIS - advantageous - criminal record clearance - medical fitness - legal capacity - good physical and mental condition - integrity and reliability pursuant to § 4 of Act No. 553/1991 Coll. on Municipal Police, as amended - excellent communication, organizational, and management skills - high work commitment, willingness to learn new things - Category B driver's license - active driver - extended firearms authorization - experience in public administration or local government - advantageous Application Requirements: - accurate designation of the position being filled, applicant's name, surname and title, date and place of birth, citizenship, permanent address, phone and email contact, identification number, date and signature of applicant Documents to be attached to the application: - structured curriculum vitae including information about previous employment and professional knowledge and skills relevant to the required activities - valid certificate of professional qualification pursuant to § 4e - criminal record registry extract not older than 3 months (this extract may be replaced by a statutory declaration of integrity when submitting the application) - diploma or certificate of highest education attained (plain copy is sufficient) - statutory declaration of integrity and reliability pursuant to §§ 4a, 4b of Act No. 553/1991 Coll. on Municipal Police - lustration certificate pursuant to Act No. 451/1991 Coll. as amended (does not apply to citizens born after December 1, 1971) or proof of its request - statutory declaration pursuant to § 4 of Act No. 451/1991 Coll. - concept of Municipal Police activities, including its development perspective The criminal record registry extract not older than 3 months and the original or certified copy of the education certificate must be submitted by the selected candidate no later than before employment contract conclusion. Salary Classification: 9th - 10th salary grade pursuant to Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code and Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. on salary conditions of public service and administration employees (salary range based on years of professional experience, with minimum guaranteed salary of 31,360 Kč to 35,840 Kč), special allowance, management allowance and personal allowance after probation.
