Vehicle Service Agent at Arlanda Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking responsibility, and like working in a team? Then the role of Vehicle Service Agent might be for you. As a Vehicle Service Agent, you are responsible for ensuring our vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for the next customer. The work is varied and includes vehicle maintenance, vehicle movement, damage inspections, and quality assurance. We are looking for you who: · Have a B-level driver's license (manual and automatic) · Speak Swedish and English · Are thorough, responsible, and service-oriented · Enjoy physical work and fast pace · Like collaborating and contributing to the team's success Job Responsibilities · Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for rental · Move and park vehicles on the facility · Conduct damage inspections and document discrepancies · Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and rental-ready · Perform minor inspections and maintenance on vehicles · Handle parking and organization of the vehicle fleet · Contribute to order and organization of parking areas and work areas · Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high vehicle availability · Follow company procedures and safety regulations · Contribute to a positive customer experience through high-quality work Previous experience in vehicle maintenance, logistics, or service is a plus but not required. Compensation The salary includes a fixed base salary plus overtime supplements according to the collective agreement. Scope This is a full-time permanent position at 100% with a 6-month probationary period. Work in the evenings and weekends may occur.
