Job Responsibilities - manage café operations and develop plans for further growth - responsibility for meeting the café's financial targets - lead and motivate the team - recruit part-time staff and provide their training - plan work activities for café employees and part-time staff - delegate tasks - monitor task completion - guide colleagues toward independence and accountability - order merchandise - receive goods, stock merchandise in the storage system - maintain records of delivery notes, manage inventory - prepare and select new product assortment - negotiate with suppliers - monitor stock sufficiency and merchandise quality - ensure HACCP compliance - manage the café safe and cash - prepare cash deposits for the bank - record minor expenses - responsibility for cleanliness in the café - conduct regular monthly physical cash register inventory - conduct regular annual merchandise inventory - report to the operations manager or executive director of Žďár Castle - operate the café - prepare coffee, beverages, and refreshments - set up the outdoor seating area, place menu signs, perform minor cleaning - handle cash and card terminal at the café register - daily cash register closing We Require - minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position - positive and friendly approach to guests - ability to organize, train, and motivate your team - ability to resolve conflict situations - responsibility and reliability, criminal record clearance - English proficiency (spoken and written), B2 level We Offer - support from a stable family company - full-time employment - 5 weeks of vacation - meal voucher allowance - language courses at the company headquarters - free admission to cultural events organized by Žďár Castle If you are interested in this position, please send a brief CV to: [email protected] or contact us at: 731 564 233.
