Production Manager

At RP Climbing, we manufacture climbing equipment and outdoor clothing under the OCÚN brand, and we are now hiring for the position of Production Manager. We are looking for a leader who will take responsibility for managing production processes, meeting production plans, and leading a team across our facilities. DUTIES: Managing and overseeing production processes in Polička and other facilities Ensuring fulfillment of production plans and efficient utilization of production capacity Responsibility for economic management of production – cost monitoring, efficiency evaluation, budget control and cost-saving opportunities Determining personnel, material and financial production needs Close collaboration with development and quality departments when introducing new products Active participation in meetings, production reporting including economic indicators and KPIs Process optimization, trend monitoring and identifying automation opportunities Responsibility for maintenance, repairs and smooth facility operation Leading, motivating and evaluating subordinate employees Participation in internal and external audits Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and internal regulations REQUIREMENTS: Experience in a similar management position in a manufacturing company Experience in leading and motivating a team Knowledge of production processes and understanding of technical documentation Experience in economic management of production, cost control and efficiency evaluation of operations Ability to plan, organize, set priorities and make independent decisions Analytical thinking, proactive approach and results-oriented focus, experience with ERP systems is an advantage WE OFFER: 5 weeks of vacation, meal allowance, free beverages at the workplace, annual bonuses based on company performance CONTACT: by emailAt RP Climbing, we manufacture climbing equipment and outdoor clothing under the OCÚN brand, and we are now hiring for the position of Production Manager.
