Your Responsibilities
Lead and organize maintenance of the facility, production technologies, machinery, equipment, and utilities.
Plan preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections; manage and monitor their execution.
Respond operationally to equipment failures, minimize downtime, and implement continuous technical improvements.
Lead the maintenance team (mechanics, electricians) and coordinate external vendors.
Responsibility for technical documentation, spare parts inventory, maintenance budget, and workplace safety in technical areas.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and company management on operational development.
Who We're Looking For
You have experience in maintenance at a manufacturing or industrial facility and can lead people.
You understand mechanics, pneumatics, and electrical systems; electrical qualifications per current regulations are an advantage.
You are independent, systematic, able to prioritize, and can stay calm in exceptional situations.
You can work with technical documentation and regularly use a PC (Excel, email, maintenance records).
Valid driver's license category B.
