Your Responsibilities
Lead and organize maintenance of facilities, production technologies, machinery, equipment, and distribution systems.
Plan preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections; manage and monitor their completion.
Resolve operational issues promptly, minimize downtime, and implement ongoing technical improvements.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians (mechanical, electrical) and coordinate external suppliers.
Responsible for technical documentation, spare parts inventory, maintenance budget, and health and safety in technical operations.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and company management on operational development.
Who We're Looking For
You have experience in maintenance at a manufacturing or industrial facility and can lead people.
You understand mechanics, pneumatics, and electrical systems; electrical qualifications per current regulations are advantageous.
You are independent, systematic, able to prioritize, and can remain calm in extraordinary situations.
You can work with technical documentation and regularly use a PC (Excel, email, maintenance records).
