Qualifications and Skills - Minimum secondary education with high school diploma or higher education (preferably in economics, technical, or construction fields) We Require - Experience leading a team (advantageous) - Group B driver's license - active driving a prerequisite - PC skills (MS Office) - Organizational abilities, presentation and training skills - Independence, as well as ability for team collaboration - Reliability, attention to detail and responsible approach to work - Criminal record clearance - verified by criminal record registry extract Job Responsibilities - Organizes employee work on assigned laundry and cleaning department sections, plans and directs shift operations - Provides equipment distribution (PPE, work tools, cleaning supplies) to employees on assigned section - Performs inspections on assigned sections - Develops and updates work schedules for subordinate employees and monitors their compliance - Creates long-term and short-term shift schedules for cleaning and laundry staff and vacation plans - Responsible for inventory of electrical equipment subject to regular inspections - Coordinates and conducts regular electrical equipment inspections in cooperation with inspection technician - Proposes measures to reduce energy consumption of buildings and technologies - Establishes energy management system - Plans cybersecurity training - Manages heating system in cooperation with contracted service provider - Performs additional administrative activities related to department management (e.g. conducting adaptation process, employee evaluations, compensation basis, etc.) We Offer: - Appropriate salary compensation (salary grade 8, starting from 23,470 Kč to 33,710 Kč according to government regulation no. 341/2017 Coll. based on qualifications and experience) + personal bonus + performance awards - 5 weeks of vacation - Company benefits: - Company cafeteria - Regular pension contribution - Employee massages - Collegial and friendly atmosphere - Responsible work for a reliable employer.
