Shift Supervisor in Manufacturing

Start date available IMMEDIATELY. Monitor production progress during shifts, monitor and optimize product quality and processes. Visual inspection of equipment, responsibility for process capability of extrusion equipment and for cleanliness, order, and safety in production. Reporting necessary repairs and equipment maintenance, reporting malfunctions. Planning and managing work processes with assistance from the production control center with consideration of current capacities and conducting standardized shift handovers. Control of production procedures, retrieval of products from storage to the mixer for further production, and release of finished goods. Review and optimization of the production plan with the production manager. Leadership, supervision, and care of shift employees. Ensuring compliance with existing safety regulations and work instructions. Coordination and maintenance of required documentation during shifts and recording of completed work activities.
