Work Location: Chrudim Job Responsibilities: - Ordering and receiving food supplies into storage, their proper storage and hygienic handling - Compiling menus, adhering to food baskets and nutritional standards, receiving meal orders from staff - Organizing the production of hot and cold meals, including their standardization and responsibility for compliance with technological procedures - Supervising subordinate staff, shift planning, maintaining workplace order, compliance with hygiene regulations, responsibility for kitchen cleanliness - Requirements: - Experience in this position is advantageous (not required) - Reliability, independence, responsible approach and good work organization We Offer: - Stable employment on a full-time contract - After the probationary period, possibility of personal performance evaluation and leadership allowance - Pleasant working environment in a newly equipped kitchen - Work in a small team and preparing meals for a smaller number of people Benefits: Access to FKSP contributions (vacation, anniversaries, meals) Please make first contact at the email address provided above.
