Construction Equipment Service Manager (M/F)

Do you have a technical mind, experience in leading people, and enjoy organizing service operations? We are looking for someone who will take responsibility for running our service department, manage a team of mechanics, and ensure excellent care for our customers and their machines. What will your job involve? Leading and organizing the service team (workshop and field mechanics) Planning and coordinating service orders and field visits Handling urgent repairs and prioritizing service activities Communicating with customers, receiving machines for repair, and resolving complaints Creating price calculations and monitoring service economics Oversight of inventory management and spare parts Cooperation with manufacturers, suppliers, and other company departments Optimizing processes and developing service offerings What do we expect from you? Secondary education with diploma or university degree, ideally in a technical field Experience in a similar position in construction, agricultural, or heavy-duty equipment services Experience managing people and organizing service operations Understanding of technical documentation, hydraulics, electrical systems, mechatronics, and equipment diagnostics Knowledge of occupational safety, equipment inspections, and technical audits Economic thinking and ability to manage service costs Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems Communicative knowledge of English for working with technical documentation and communicating with international partners - REQUIRED. Class B driver's license (active driver) What kind of person are we looking for?
