Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate activities in the fields of technical services, water management, and heating services. • Organize and oversee employee work, ensure task completion. • Handle operational and crisis situations. • Communicate with suppliers, citizens, and other partners. • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and internal regulations. • Plan and optimize operational processes. • Submit requests to networks owned by MBPK, p. o. • Arrange vehicle inspections (STK) for vehicles owned by the organization. Candidate Requirements: • Secondary or higher education. • Experience in technical services, water management, or heating services is advantageous. • Experience in team leadership and organizational activities. • Mental resilience and ability to effectively handle crisis situations. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for assigned tasks. • Knowledge of PC work (MS Office) and familiarity with modern technologies. • Category B driver's license.
