Do you want to do work that has real meaning? We are looking for a motivated and reliable colleague for the position of Facility Manager at our sheltered workshop in Slavičín. You will become a key person who will coordinate the workshop's operations and lead an excellent team of approximately 50 employees with disabilities. What will your job responsibilities include? Team leadership and motivation: Supervision of workers in the workshop and close collaboration with production partners to whom you will assign tasks. Planning and organization: Efficient production planning and ensuring smooth operation of the entire facility. Quality control: Regular oversight to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Administration: Data entry into the production system (we will guide and train you). What do we imagine your ideal profile to be? You have excellent organizational skills and can keep a cool head. You are independent, careful, and reliable. You have basic PC knowledge (user data entry). Previous experience in leading people or working in the social/sheltered sector is advantageous, but not required - what matters to us is your approach and willingness to learn.
