For an upcoming location in the center of Brno, we are seeking a colleague for the position of Store Manager. We are looking for someone who sees every obstacle as a challenge and knows how to properly motivate their subordinates to achieve the best performance. Job Responsibilities: ˘ Management of a retail unit, supervising approximately 7 employees ˘ Handling related administration and all documentation ˘ The Store Manager participates in the daily operations of the location - preparation and sales of bakery products, filled baguettes, soups ˘ Knowledge of work on retail cash registers and experience with bakery sales is an advantage (not a requirement) ˘ Operating hours Monday - Saturday ˘ Morning shift Monday - Friday from 5:00 AM ˘ Afternoon shift Monday - Friday until 7:30 PM ˘ Morning shift Saturday from 6:00 AM ˘ Afternoon shift Saturday until 2:30 PM We Require: ˘ Secondary education (USO), food industry specialization ˘ Minimum 2 years of experience managing retail units ˘ Knowledge of current legislation for retail activities (food production) ˘ Organizational and planning skills ˘ Communicativeness ˘ Reliability and strong work ethic ˘ Pleasant demeanor and willingness to learn new things ˘ Excellent computer skills ˘ Excellent health condition ˘ Driver's License Category B - an advantage We Offer: ˘ Work in a stable company ˘ Long-term employment on a permanent contract (fixed and performance-based salary), 33,500 Kč base salary + up to 4,500 Kč allowances and bonuses ˘ 5 weeks of vacation after probation period ˘ Afternoon shift allowance of 8 Kč/hour within the labor code framework ˘ Weekend work allowance of 35% ˘ Subsidized meals ˘ Coffee at the workplace ˘ Purchase of products at discounted prices ˘ Contribution to supplementary pension insurance after 6 months of employment ˘ Contribution to leisure activities after 1 year of employment
