Job Responsibilities: • Manage key organizational projects from planning through implementation and reporting. • Coordinate project teams, consultants, and partners; assign tasks and monitor progress. • Oversee budgets: planning, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements; prepare regular narrative and financial reports for donors and leadership. • Collaborate with external stakeholders (partners, donors, beneficiaries) as needed. • Support fundraising activities by contributing to project proposals and budgets. Candidates should meet the following qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects in the NGO sector, advocacy, or international cooperation. Experience in human rights, legal aid, or international court projects is a major advantage. • Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities; experience coordinating teams and external partners. • Good knowledge of project budgeting, donor requirements, and reporting standards. • Excellent communication skills; ability to write clear documents and coordinate work across different teams. • Knowledge of Russian; good proficiency in English (both written and oral).
