Job responsibilities: - managing store operations and leading the employee team - ordering and restocking goods - ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales targets - communication with suppliers and company management - quality and freshness control of goods - responsibility for cash register, inventories and administration - preparation of monthly attendance reports for the payroll department - responsibility for correct and timely maintenance of employee attendance records We require: - secondary education in commerce is an advantage - retail experience, ideally in a management position, is an advantage - responsibility, reliability, independence - good communication and organizational skills - time flexibility We offer: - full-time employment, start date by agreement - appropriate salary compensation - support from a stable company - loyalty reward - meal vouchers worth 120 CZK / day - use of company cottage for employee holidays - regular Sundays off Interested in our offer?
