Job responsibilities: - managing store operations and leading the employee team - ordering and restocking merchandise - ensuring smooth operations and achieving sales targets - communication with suppliers and company management - quality control and product freshness checks - responsibility for cash register, inventories, and administration - preparing monthly attendance reports for the payroll department - responsibility for proper and timely employee attendance records We require: - secondary education in commerce is an advantage - retail experience, ideally in a management position is an advantage - responsibility, reliability, independence - good communication and organizational skills - time flexibility We offer: - full-time employment, start date by agreement - appropriate salary - backing of a stable company - loyalty bonus - meal vouchers worth 120 CZK / day - access to company cottage for employee holidays - regular Sundays off Interested in our offer?
