Job responsibilities: - managing store operations and leading a team of employees - ordering and replenishing merchandise - ensuring smooth operations and meeting sales targets - communicating with suppliers and company management - checking quality and freshness of goods - responsibility for cash register, inventories and administration - preparing monthly attendance reports for the payroll department - responsibility for accurate and timely employee attendance records We require: - secondary education in commerce is an advantage - experience in retail, ideally in a management position is an advantage - responsibility, reliability, independence - good communication and organizational skills - time flexibility We offer: - full-time employment, start date by agreement - appropriate salary compensation - support from a stable company - loyalty bonus - meal vouchers worth 120 CZK / day - use of company cottage for employee holidays - regular Sundays off Are you interested in our offer?
