FLEXIMA s.r.o. is seeking a Branch Manager in Pardubice. You will be fully responsible for managing customer projects in the Pardubice, Königgrätz, Ústecko-Orlicko, and Vysočina regions. Job Responsibilities: - organizing work of branch employees, - providing expert and technical support for project implementation with customers, primarily in the automotive industry, - active participation in branch projects, - motivating and evaluating subordinate employees, - monthly review of attendance records and subsequent handover to payroll accounting, - reporting on results of completed projects, - managing technical equipment and vehicle fleet of the branch. Requirements: - minimum secondary education (technical background preferred), - management skills (planning, organizing, communication), - ability to work synergistically with colleagues from 6 other branches, - experience leading people.
