What you'll do: - Lead and manage a team of planners - Implement and develop APS (finite scheduling) planning, configure planning rules - Resolve conflicts between production, sales, and logistics, ensure the plan aligns with real capacity - Participate in the transformation of production management (MRP II → APS), develop planning tools in collaboration with IT Who we're looking for: - You have experience with production planning (minimum 3-5 years) and leading a small team - You understand advanced planning (APS / finite scheduling / capacity planning) - You can work with constraints and make decisions under pressure, you're not afraid of change and can drive it forward
