Description:

Required Education: Higher education in technical field. Job Duties: Comprehensively performs the activities of communications manager for SML property, excluding communications inspections and related repair orders within routine maintenance. Collaborates on statements regarding special use of public spaces from a technical perspective. In cooperation with DI Police of the Czech Republic, relevant city administration departments, and the communications manager, serves as the guarantor for traffic signage in the city of Liberec. Participates in the settlement of insurance claims in cases of SML liability as owner of communications. Ensures the operation of the Vesec Recreation and Sports Complex. Ensures physical disposal of vehicle wrecks. Ensures SML's activities as builder of repairs, modifications, and reconstructions of communications components and accessories. Provides documentation for public tenders related to the preparation and implementation of construction projects. For actions and projects within the department's competence, settles ownership relationships. Requirements: (Czech citizenship or foreigner with permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic; minimum 18 years old, full legal capacity, clean criminal record, Czech language proficiency); management and organizational skills (minimum 2 years experience in a leadership position); knowledge of applicable legal regulations relating to public property management (communications and public lighting management) and legal provisions concerning municipal obligations as owner of communications, liability for damages related to public property, etc.; good level of communication skills for dealing with legal entities and individuals; group B driver's license (active driver); user-level PC skills.
