We are seeking a knowledgeable and conceptually thinking leader who can strategically manage and develop the area of social services at the regional level, coordinate cooperation with partners, and at the same time be an inspiring motivator and support to the team of experienced colleagues. Job duties: - You will participate in planning and developing social services in the Moravian-Silesian Region to meet the needs of residents. - You will cooperate with municipalities, social service providers, and other partners to ensure an accessible and quality network of social services. - You will prepare and evaluate strategic and conceptual documents in the field of social services. - You will participate in the creation of subsidy programs and the evaluation of projects aimed at developing social services. - You will analyze territorial needs, evaluate the quality and efficiency of social services, and propose measures for their further development. - You will coordinate the activities of regional contributory organizations and support the transformation and humanization of residential social services. - Your work will include registration of social service providers, management of the relevant agenda, and monitoring compliance with legal conditions in the provision of social services. - You will participate in coordinating anti-drug policy in the region and managing information systems in the field of social services. - You will evaluate practical findings and participate in the preparation of conceptual, methodological, and legislative measures in the social field. Required education: Master's degree in social work, social policy, social pedagogy, social care, or special education. Requirements: According to § 4 of Act No. 312/2002 Coll., on officials of territorial self-governing units and on amendments to certain acts, as amended. Other requirements: Experience in the social field or public administration, or alternatively in the economic sphere, for a minimum of 3 years. Class B driver's license for driving a service motor vehicle on business trips, active driver. Knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended, and other related regulations. Good management skills and organizational abilities, high work commitment, flexibility, ability to think analytically and conceptually.
