Contact: Lysek Tomáš, tel.: 553 759 723, e-mail: [email protected] Your Responsibilities - Manage the procurement department and lead a team of procurement specialists, - Ensure smooth supply of materials, components, and subcontracting services for production, - Develop and implement procurement strategy, - Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers domestically and internationally, - Lead commercial negotiations and conduct price and contract negotiations, - Optimize procurement costs while maintaining required quality and delivery schedules, - Manage inventory levels in collaboration with production and logistics, - Manage supply chain risks and ensure alternative sourcing, - Collaborate with engineering, technology, sales, and project managers, - Establish and improve procurement processes What We Expect From You - Experience leading procurement in a manufacturing or engineering company, - Experience in strategic procurement and supply chain management, - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, - Understanding of technical documentation and manufacturing processes, - Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions, - Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel proficiency, - Active knowledge of English, - Natural authority, independence, and results-oriented mindset.
